UPSC CDS 1 2026 hall ticket: The Union Public Service Commission is set to conduct the CDS 1 2026 examination on April 12, 2026, with candidates now awaiting the release of admit cards expected in early April. The recruitment drive covers 451 vacancies across the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy.The notification for the exam was released on December 10, 2025, and the application process was open until December 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The candidates will be required to download the document online using their registration ID or roll number along with their date of birth.It is to be noted that no physical copy of the Admit Card will be sent to the candidates via post. Examination Schedule and Examination Scheme The CDS 1 2026 exam is scheduled for April 12, 2023, and it will be held in three sessions based on Indian Standard Time. The English paper will be conducted from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, General Knowledge from 12:30 to 2:30 PM, and Mathematics from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.The exam will mainly consist of multiple-choice questions making a total of 300 questions and 300 marks. Candidates have to study three subjects; English, General Knowledge, and Mathematics, and will be allotted two hours for each section.Eligibility and Result TimelineThe candidates who are appearing for the examination need to fall within a particular age range, generally those born between January 2, 2003, and January 1, 2008, for IMA and INA, although this may vary slightly for different academies.The results for the CDS 1 2026 are expected to be announced tentatively in April or May after the completion of the written examination.
