Time may have passed since Sabrina Carpenter and Danielle Fishel graced the screen together; however, the former co-stars from ‘Girl Meets World’ share a bond as strong as ever. In a new interview, Fishel revealed that Sabrina is her go-to person and that the pop singer is giving advice.

In an interview with People, Fishel, 44, praised the ‘Espresso’ singer and said, “Sabrina gives me great advice.” The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ alum also said that despite being so-muchso muchr than her, Sabrina, 26, is one of “go-to” people to ask for advice, and that’s because the pop-singer has “great instincts.” Fishel adds, “she knoShehow to trust them, and I admire that so much because I’m a person who’s talked myself out of my instincts over the years.”For Danielle Fishel, Sabrine is a “real special one.”

However, Sabrina may have some other thoughts for Fishel. She previously revealed that when she tried to give Carpenter, 26, advice, the singer hadn’t always listened. During an episode of Fishel’s ‘Pod Meets World’ podcast, she recalled that when Carpenter released her 2022 album, ‘Emails I Can’t Send,’ she advised her against one of the songs on the tracklist.“Her instinct cannot be beat,” Fishel said. “I thought it wasn’t relatable enough, and she politely told me I was wrong.”

Carpenter was a bridesmaid at Fishel’s 2018 wedding to Jensen Karp. The ‘Please Please Please’ singer also cheered Fishel on during her appearance on season 34 of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ in 2025. Fishel previously called her former costar “the closest thing I’ll ever have to a daughter” in an Instagram post from 2022, and their loving relationship has led to some sweet moments over the years!
