News recently, singer and actress Amanda Bynes opened up about the inspiration behind her brand new single, ‘Girlfriend.’ The star revealed that the track is inspired by EDM music and genre and a lot of her favorite tracks. She revealed that she is mixing EDM and rap in her new music, and hopes that people will like it. “My inspiration was a lot of EDM, as well as rap,” the 40 year old cited.Her music label also issued an official statement about the same and talked about Bynes’ new song. Their statement read that the song is “built around a strong hook and confident, flirt-heavy energy.” Amanda Bynes is releasing the new music along with Los Angeles-based rapper Fenix Flexin.She teased the release of her new music on social media when she posted a story along with the rapper and called their new music “straight fire.”
