An alleged mistress in China nearly plunged to her death while attempting to escape from her lover’s wife on a 10th-floor balcony, witnesses reported. Neighbours saw the woman dangling from the balcony as she clung on for dear life and appeared to lose her grip. The incident was captured on video as onlookers watched in horror while she tried to reach a safer location, The Sun reported.A shirtless man spoke to her through a window before disappearing from view. The woman, holding her phone, then descended to the floor below by sliding along drain pipes and windowsills. She later slid down a water pipe to a neighbour’s window and banged on it for help. Local reports said the woman’s lover had pushed her onto the balcony after his wife returned home unexpectedly in a bid to hide her presence.The footage spread rapidly across Chinese social media platforms, drawing widespread attention and speculation about the events inside the apartment.
