The newly announced headline London show at O2 Academy Brixton in September, which follows Blake’s North American run, which already includes two sold-out nights at Brooklyn Paramount in New York and a sold-out show at Toronto’s HISTORY. The tour announcement arrives alongside the release of Blake’s new record ‘Trying Times’, out now via Good Boy Records.
Tickets for the newly announced run of European dates will be available on pre-sale from Tuesday, 17 March at 11am local time, with general sale beginning Friday, 20 March at 10am local time via Metropolismusic.com. The full list of dates can be found below.
The album features recently released singles ‘Death Of Love’ and ‘I Had A Dream She Took My Hand’, showcasing the full range of Blake’s artistic voice and a rare emotional candour. Throughout Trying Times, Blake navigates the fragile space between closeness and solitude in an uncertain era, tracing the fault lines of contemporary life. As overwhelm seeps into both its themes and atmosphere, the record settles in a place between optimism and unease.
