Kylie Jenner’s 8-year-old daughter, Stormi, is curious about why her mommy is famous. Recently, the 28-year-old revealed that her daughter wanted to know how Kylie and all of her family became famous. As the reality TV star explained to her daughter about ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ Kylie revealed that watching an episode of the show made her emotional.

On the first episode of Kid Cudi’s podcast, ‘Big Bro with Kid Cudi,’ Kylie Jenner recalled explaining to her daughter Stormi, 8, how she and all of her family became famous. Jenner, who shares Stormi and her son Aire, 4, with her ex Travis Scott, shared that she sat her daughter down and told her the origins of their fame.“I sat her down, and I’m like, ‘We started a television show when I was a year older than you, and that’s why we’re all in this together,’ ” Jenner explained. “She was like, ‘Can I watch it?’ And I’m like, ‘Sure.’”

Kylie went on to explain that watching the show with her daughter made her more emotional than she thought it would. After fast-forwarding through some of the more inappropriate parts of the first episode, she said that they watched some of the cute scenes together.

“I was so emotional after,” Kylie reflected. “I don’t know what hit me, but I was weeping in my bed. I don’t know why that happened to me,” she said. “I was just like maybe it’s like my daughter being the same age as I was (or) just seeing my family and I’m just feeling so grateful for all that we’ve built, but also mourning that closeness when we were all kind of living under the same roof.” She added that she didn’t know it was going to hit her like that.Kylie shares her children with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott. The former couple first became parents to daughter Stormi in February 2018. They later welcomed their son, Aire, in February 2022. Jenner is now linked in a romantic relationship with ‘Dune’ star Timothee Chalamet.
