Bethune-Cookman’s path to its first appearance in March Madness starts in the SWAC Tournament against Prairie View A&M at 2 p.m. on March 11.
The Wildcats clinched the regular-season title and the conference’s No. 1 seed with a 14-4 record. That came with two automatic byes. But they’ll finally get back on the court with a matchup against the eighth-seeded Panthers in the quarterfinals.
Bethune-Cookman (17-15) and Prairie View A&M (15-17) met once this season in an 82-76 victory for the Wildcats on Feb. 7.
